- Test: structural qualification, attachment-interface qualification, and integrated configuration-change and propulsion-transient tests.

- Correlation between analysis and test before declaring margins closed.
- Write pass/fail criteria before running each test.
- Include a full cell-swap test and a configuration-change test in the qualification campaign.
- Test attachment interfaces for the full mission-equivalent thermal cycle count.
